Terms of Sale and License

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every plugin sold by Barac Audio ("we", "us"), currently Bariser, Barition and any future plugin ("the plugin"). Contact: contact@baracmusic.com.

2. Ordering and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, taxes and invoices are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

3. Your license

4. Activation

The plugin needs an internet connection once to activate. After that it checks your serial in the background when you open it, and keeps working offline for up to 30 days between checks. A serial that was refunded or revoked stops working.

5. Updates

Updates within the same major version (for example 1.x) are free for license holders. We may offer future major versions as paid upgrades.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

7. No warranty

The plugin is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will be free of errors or work in every host and system. Always keep backups of your projects. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid.

8. Third-party software

Each plugin includes third-party components used under their licenses. The full notices are installed with the plugin (THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt). VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought a plugin keeps applying to that purchase.
